– IVMS Monitoring & Compliance Coordinator
IVMS / AFDD Monitoring
Monitor the IVMS/AFDD system and vehicle status during daily operations.
Monitor and review vehicle speed, driving behaviour, fatigue, seat-belt compliance, and other safety violations.
Record, track, and follow up on all identified violations, corrective actions, and closure status.
Identify and report IVMS/AFDD system faults, power failures, communication failures, and other technical issues.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly IVMS monitoring reports to Management/HSE.
Escalate reliable, critical, or repeated violations to HSE and Management for appropriate action.
Coordinate with the IVMS/AFDD service provider/vendor to investigate and rectify system issues, including inaccurate, incorrect, or disputed violations, and ensure timely resolution and closure.
Maintain proper records of IVMS violations, investigations, corrective actions, and system-related issues for audit and compliance purposes.
Driver & Vehicle Certificate Monitoring
Monitor and maintain the validity of driver training certificates and vehicle-related certificates, ensuring timely renewal before expiry.
Monitor the validity of Hassantuk, Forklift, and AMC certificates and coordinate timely renewal.
Monitor ADNOC HSE Passport validity through the ADNOC Portal and ensure timely renewal before expiry.
Maintain an updated driver and vehicle compliance/expiry tracker and follow up with concerned departments to prevent certificate expiry.
Ensure all required driver and vehicle documentation remains valid and compliant with company, client, HSE, and regulatory requirements.
Driver Monthly Attendance – IVMS
Prepare and submit monthly driver attendance records based on IVMS data.
Review IVMS records to verify driver duty hours, attendance, vehicle movements, and operational activity.
Reconcile IVMS attendance records with available duty rosters, timesheets, leave, and absence records.
Identify discrepancies in attendance or IVMS data and coordinate with Operations/HR for clarification and correction.
Submit the final verified monthly driver attendance report to HR/Management within the required timeline.
Maintain proper records of monthly attendance reports for HR, payroll, operational, and audit requirements.

Bachelors or master's degree in any discipline
