Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Government Sales qualified with a proven track record in government business development, preferably within the CCTV, Security & Surveillance, Access Control, Biometric, Defence, or Electronic Security industry.

Key Responsibilities

Generate current business opportunities and government orders.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with government departments and officials.

Conduct regular client meetings and government department visits.

Identify current projects, tenders, enquiries, and business opportunities.

Prepare and submit quotations, bids, and commercial proposals.

Follow up with clients and negotiate commercial terms.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Achieve assigned sales targets and develop long-term government accounts.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Government Sales.

Strong understanding of government sales processes, tenders, and procurement.

Existing government contacts/network will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong business development and target-oriented approach.

Willingness to travel for government meetings and client visits.
