Manager – Dealing Department -Business Development – Retail Location - Kolkata,Bhubaneswar,Guwahati Preferred Industry - Stock Broking I Financial Services Job Summary We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Dealing to execute client trades, provide market insights, and build solid client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in the stock broking industry , possess robust knowledge of equity and derivatives trading, and be capable of driving revenue through active client engagement while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Execute equity, derivatives, and other client trades accurately and on time. Handle client orders through calls and trading platforms. Provide market updates, trading ideas, and investment insights within regulatory guidelines.





Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to increase trading activity. Monitor client portfolios and identify trading and investment opportunities. Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Bonds.

Resolve client queries related to trading, margins, and accounts. Coordinate with back-office and support teams for smooth trade execution. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline NISM 8 Certification mandatory Experience 1–4 years of experience in the Stock Broking Industry Experience in Client Dealing or Terminal Management preferred
