Position: Growth Manager Intern

Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Identify and research potential customers, markets, and business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.
Support outreach, follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and customer relationship management.
Create and manage social media, blog, email, and promotional content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Work with AI tools and automation to improve sales and marketing processes.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies based on data.
Maintain and update customer and lead information in CRM systems.




Assist with sales presentations, proposals, quotations, branding, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Prepare performance reports and insights for ongoing campaigns.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work towards achieving campaign and business targets.
