We’re hiring a Head - Company Secretary for our client which is an industry-recognized and fast-scaling corporate group empowering credit access through fintech solutions. As the Head - Company Secretary, your responsibilities would be:
Leading end-to-end CS, legal, and corporate governance activities across company Platforms and all group entities.
To act as a strategic advisor to the Board and senior management on statutory compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
To oversee Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings while ensuring high standards of documentation and execution.
Managing key relationships with regulatory authorities, investors, auditors, and external legal counsel.
Play a central role in driving corporate actions, fundraising, ESOPs, M&A;, and group restructuring initiatives.

Requirements
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 10–14 years of relevant experience in CS and corporate governance.




Strong experience in regulated or high-growth sectors like Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
Deep expertise in Companies Act, ROC/MCA filings, Secretarial Standards, and Board governance.
Proven background in managing governance across multiple group entities and interacting with Board members and regulators.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Law (LL.B./LL.M.) and exposure to strategic corporate actions (fundraising, M&A;) is a strong plus.
