JobTitle: Business Development Manager (Google Ads– Goldie Process) About the Process: This is a Google’s Paid Advertisement Project (Goldie Process) where Business Development Managers will visit a setof assigned leads and onboard them onto Google Ads. Each merchant will begin with a starting budget of ₹5,000. The purpose is to help businesses enhance their visibility on Google Maps and generate current prospects and customers through paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:  Visitassignedleads(SMEsandmerchants)andonboardthem onto GoogleAds.  Educateclientsaboutthebenefits of Google advertisinganddigital visibility.  Manageend-to-endclientonboardingincludingdocumentation, accountsetup, andad activation.  Maintainstrongrelationshipswithmerchantstoensure retentionand satisfaction.  Achievemonthlyonboardingandrevenuetargetsasdefinedbytheprocess.



 Coordinatewithinternalteams for smooth campaign setupandissueresolution.

Candidate Profile:  ProvenexperienceincorporatesalesorB2Bbusinessdevelopment.  Strongbackgroundinsellinghigh-valueproductsorservices.  Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.  Mustbecomfortablewithfieldsales andclient meetings.  Tech-savvyandabletoexplaindigital marketingconceptsclearly.
