Role Description
This is a part time Commission Sales Associate role based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site client meetings and some work from home. The Commission Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their protection and investment needs and recommend suitable LIC insurance plans.



Daily activities include generating leads through personal networks and local outreach, scheduling and conducting consultations, explaining product features and advantages, and assisting clients with proposal forms and documentation. The role involves regular follow-up with clients, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with branch staff for policy issuance and servicing, and staying updated on LIC products, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The position is commission-based, with earnings linked to individual sales performance.

Qualifications
Robust communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear explanation of financial products and active listening to client needs.
Basic financial understanding and interest in insurance, savings, and retirement planning; ability to learn LIC product portfolio thoroughly.
Customer service orientation, with a focus on building long-term relationships, trust, and repeat business.
