Industrial Marketing is looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support the company’s sales and collection activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for telecalling customers, generating and following up sales enquiries, coordinating orders and deliveries, following up outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate sales and collection records.

Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling and Customer Follow-up
Make daily calls to existing and potential customers.
Introduce products, prices, offers and promotional schemes.
Generate sales enquiries and identify potential business prospects.
Follow up leads, quotations and pending customer decisions.
Contact inactive customers and support customer reactivation.
Maintain skilled relationships with dealers, retailers, workshops and institutional customers.
Record the outcome and next follow-up date for every customer call.

Sales Coordination
Receive customer enquiries and coordinate the complete order process.
Prepare and share quotations,



price lists and product details after approval.
Confirm product availability, price, quantity, payment terms and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer visits, enquiries and order conversion.
Coordinate with inventory and dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Inform customers about order status and expected delivery schedules.
Follow up repeat orders and support achievement of monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer-wise and product-wise sales records.
Handle basic customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution.

Collection Coordination
Monitor customer-wise outstanding balances and due dates.
Contact customers regularly regarding pending and upcoming payments.
Share payment reminders and account statements with customers.
Coordinate with field sales staff for collection follow-up.
Update the accounts team regarding payment commitments and collect
