We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, AI-Augmented Full-Stack Engineer to join our Wealth . This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Embrace Engineering 2.0 practices by actively using AI-augmented development workflows in your day-to-day work,



contributing to team velocity and quality improvements
Use AI coding assistants (Windsurf, Claude Code) and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to accelerate your software delivery, automate routine tasks, and maintain high engineering standards
Contribute to the design and development of scalable solutions that integrate machine learning models, event streaming pipelines, and cloud-native services on Azure and AWS
Support the implementation of data platforms using Snowflake, helping to build and maintain integrations with broader enterprise data ecosystems
Assist in building and maintaining event streaming architectures (e.g., Kafka, Azure Event Hubs) to support high-throughput financial data flows
Develop and maintain full-stack features using .NET/C#, Angular, and SQL, writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
Participate in technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, actively l
