About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Associate – Technology to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the hiring of talented technology professionals.

The role will involve sourcing, screening, engaging, and coordinating with candidates for various technology and product roles. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to learn and understand different technical roles and technologies.

This is an excellent chance for a fresher or early-career qualified looking to build a career in Technology Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Candidate Sourcing

· Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, professional networks, and other channels.

· Search for candidates based on technical skills, experience, location,



and role requirements.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technology candidates.

· Proactively approach both active and passive candidates.

· Maintain talent pools for frequently required technology positions.
Resume Screening & Candidate Assessment

· Review technical resumes and identify candidates matching job requirements.

· Understand candidates' technical skills, projects, experience, and career interests.

· Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.

· Verify key details such as experience, notice period, location, compensation expectations, and availability.

· Shortlist suitable candidates for further technical evaluation with the concerned Tech teams in the company.
Technology Hiring

Support recruitment for roles such as:

· Software Engineers

· Backend Developers

· Frontend Developers

· Full-Stack Developers

· Android / iOS Developers
