Location: Onsite - Kondapur, Hyderabad

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Shift: EST Hours (IST: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Duration: 3 months, with PPO for top performers

Stipend: ₹20,000/month + uncapped incentives from day one

Note: Travel/Accommodation facility will be provided

We're looking for an Outbound Sales Intern (US Region) who wants to learn closing the hard way - on live calls, with real US customers, from week one. This is not a shadowing internship. You'll be on the phones from your first week.

What You'll Own

Run high-volume cold calls to US prospects daily - prospect, pitch, and close

Drive conversions through sharp communication and disciplined follow-ups

Operate in sync with US EST hours; learn the customer, the culture, and the clock
n
Own your numbers and report on them like a full-time rep would

Who We're Looking For

0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome if you're ready to dial hard
n
Exceptional spoken English - explicit, confident, and persuasive every single time
n
Thick skin: you can hear "no" fifty times a day and pick up the phone again

Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US EST

Self-driven and execution-obsessed - you don't wait to be told what to do
