Role Description
The Internal Operations Manager is a full time role based in Ghaziabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day internal operations, including workflow management, resource allocation, and coordination between teams such as influencer relations, client servicing,



and account management. The Internal Operations Manager will develop and implement operational processes, monitor performance metrics, and ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include optimizing internal communication, identifying process improvements, maintaining documentation and reporting, and supporting leadership with operational insights. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and consistent service quality.
