Qualification: M.Sc in Biotechnology/Microbiology

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and coordination assistance to the Application Services team.
n
Assist in conducting trainings and impart technical knowledge to internal teams and stakeholders.
n
Support troubleshooting activities and ensure timely resolution of application-related concerns.
n
Manage demo requisitions including handling requests, maintaining records, processing updates, and obtaining approvals.
n
Assist in Salesforce ticket management, monitoring, and follow-up to ensure timely closure of customer and service requests.
n
Maintain and manage the replacement tracker.



Verify replacement requests as per agreed terms and conditions and coordinate for timely processing.
n
Coordinate with data analysts to obtain dashboard data and reports as required by the application team.
n
Support preparation of periodic reports and operational data analysis.
n
Assist in the timely collection, analysis, and follow-up of customer feedback.
n
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of operational activities.
n
Handle additional job responsibilities and tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
