Role Description
The Real Estate Associate will support the firm’s real estate practice by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements and related documentation for residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with real estate transactions, conducting due diligence, preparing closing documents, and coordinating with clients, counterparties, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution. The role also involves researching real estate laws and regulations,



supporting real estate development projects, maintaining organized case files, and preparing clear summaries for supervising attorneys and clients. This is a full time, in office role based in Noida, requiring consistent office presence and collaboration with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications
Solid knowledge of Leases and Real Estate, with the ability to draft, review, and interpret lease agreements.
Experience with Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions, including due diligence and closing processes.
Exposure to Real Estate Development matters, such as regulatory considerations, project documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; bar admission or eligibility to practice law is preferred.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
