Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Business Acquisition Manager at the AVP / VP level. The individual in this role will drive new business acquisition by identifying, targeting, and converting prospective clients in line with the firm’s growth strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales cycle, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and partnering with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions. The role involves developing acquisition strategies, tracking performance metrics, preparing proposals and presentations, and ensuring a high standard of client experience and compliance with internal policies. The Senior Business Acquisition Manager will also mentor junior team members, contribute to market insights, and support leadership in strategic planning.

Qualifications




Strong business acquisition and recent business development skills, with a proven track record of sourcing and converting high-value clients.
Demonstrated expertise in sales and business development, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
Business relationship management capabilities, with the ability to build, nurture, and expand long-term client and partner relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills suited to senior-level client interactions.
Experience in wealth management, financial services, or related domains; prior AVP / VP-level exposure is an advantage.
Robust analytical and strategic thinking skills, with comfort using data and market insights to inform acquisition strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (MBA, professional certifications) are beneficial.
