Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Coordinator focusing on office telecalling, data analysis, and administrative work. The Sales Coordinator will handle inbound and outbound telecalling with customers and stakeholders, provide sales-related information, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and leads. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating sales databases, preparing basic reports and summaries,



and coordinating with the sales team to support sales operations. The role involves managing documentation, organizing records, assisting with order processing, and performing general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. The Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams to improve customer service, streamline communication, and support the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications
