The work is positive and the clients who know us stay. We want more of them — bigger briefs, current sectors, new cities. That's the job.

What you'll actually do

You'll find the next client. Not wait for the enquiry — find it. Corporates that need a film, brands that need someone to run their social media properly, institutions that need a publication done well. You'll build the list, make the first call, get the meeting.

You'll pitch. Walk into a room, or a Zoom, and tell our story so that someone who has never heard of us wants to work with us. You'll bring the right work samples, ask the right questions, and leave knowing exactly what happens next.

You'll write proposals and close them. Scope, pricing, timeline, terms. You'll know when to hold the number and when to shape the deal differently. You'll follow up until there's a yes or a transparent no,



and you'll never let a warm lead go cold because nobody called.

You'll work tenders. Government and institutional buyers publish their needs on GeM and in RFPs; you'll track them, read them properly, decide with the founders which ones are worth going for, and run the submission so that nothing is missed and nothing is late.

You'll hand over well. Once it's signed, you'll brief the account team so completely that the client never has to repeat themselves.

And you'll keep the pipeline honest. Every week you'll know what's live, what's stuck, what's likely to close and what's not. No surprises.

Who does well here

Someone with three to five years selling services — agency, media, events, consulting, anything where you were selling people's time and thinking, not a product on a shelf. Someone who has actually closed deals, not just supported them. Someone who can write a proposal that reads like a person wrote it, present without a script,
