Role Description
The Human Resources Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating onboarding documentation. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with basic personnel administration tasks.



The intern may also help with compiling HR reports, updating internal databases, and coordinating communication related to employee benefits and company procedures. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and exposure to manufacturing sector workforce management.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in learning HR operations in a manufacturing setting.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to support policy communication and documentation.
Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding activities.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
