What You’ll Be Doing
Translate business needs into PLM solutions by working closely with stakeholders and shaping transparent, scalable architectures.
Design and configure Teamcenter solutions that improve usability, performance, and process consistency across functions.
Support solution delivery by contributing to effort estimates, prototypes,



and high-quality implementations.
Resolve complex PLM issues while safeguarding system stability, data integrity, and integrations with SAP.
Strengthen PLM capabilities by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and driving continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with Teamcenter (UA, AWC) and PLM solution design in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of core PLM domains, such as CAD integration, change and document management, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with PLM integrations, especially SAP, and PLM configuration or customization tools (e.g., ITK, SOA, BMIDE).
Solid software development foundation, including up-to-date web technologies and agile ways of working.
Explicit communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
