Source qualified candidates through professional networks, sourcing
platforms, referrals, communities, and other legitimate recruiting
channels. Screen and evaluate candidates before submission. Submit
and endorse qualified candidates for suitable opportunities.
Maintain skilled communication and a positive candidate
experience. Track candidate submissions and hiring progress through
RecruiterGrounds. Choose the opportunities you want to work on
based on your experience,



network, and areas of specialization.
Follow RecruiterGrounds recruiter guidelines, submission
requirements, and professional standards. Requirements Experience
in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, HR,
executive search, or a related field. Ability to identify, engage,
and screen qualified candidates. Ability to work independently and
manage your own recruiting activity. Access to skilled
networks, sourcing platforms, candidate communities, referrals, or
other legitimate sourcing channels. Strong written and verbal
communication skills. Comfortable working remotely and
independently. Comfortable participating in a performance-based
freelance recruiting model rather than traditional salaried
