Role Description
This is a full time, in office Senior Performance Marketer role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Performance Marketer will plan, implement, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive measurable business growth for client brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing media strategies, setting up campaigns, managing budgets,



monitoring performance metrics, and executing continuous A/B testing to improve ROI. The role involves collaborating with creative, influencer, and account management teams to ensure cohesive messaging and funnel strategies, as well as preparing explicit performance reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients. The Senior Performance Marketer will also identify new growth opportunities, experiment with advanced targeting and bidding strategies, and stay current with platform updates and best practices.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
Proficiency in analytics and measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards, pixel/tag implementation) and data-driven decision-making.
