Role Description
This is a full time, in office Account Manager role based in Bangalore Urban. The Account Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure that services and solutions are delivered according to agreed timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, preparing proposals, tracking project progress,



and addressing any issues that arise. The role also involves monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and supporting business development activities. The Account Manager will be expected to maintain accurate documentation, report regularly on account status, and contribute to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction.
