Our core technology setting includes SAP Business One, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS-hosted applications/APIs, cloud backups, network and firewall infrastructure, and multiple business applications.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on
IT Lead
to take end-to-end ownership of our IT infrastructure across Noida and Delhi.

The role will be responsible for server and database administration, SAP B1 infrastructure, backups, networks and firewalls, user access management, IT assets, application hosting, vendor management and day-to-day technical support.





This is a hands-on individual-contributor role requiring someone who can independently manage critical IT infrastructure while following defined approval and security processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesServer, SQL & Backup Administration
Administer Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server settings supporting SAP Business One and other business applications.
Monitor SQL services, scheduled jobs, Windows services and scheduled tasks.
Manage database users, permissions and access.
Execute and monitor daily server/database backups, including cloud backups.
Periodically perform backup restoration tests to confirm recoverability.
Troubleshoot and escalate server, database and backup issues.

SAP Business One & Application Infrastructure
Manage SAP Business One installation, licensing and add-ons.
Administer the remote-access workplace used by employees to access SAP B1.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for SAP infrastructure-related issues.
