Role Description
This is a full time, in office Debt Capital Market Sales role based in Mumbai. The role involves originating and developing relationships with institutional and corporate clients, understanding their funding and investment requirements, and pitching suitable debt capital market products and solutions. Daily activities include market monitoring,
preparation of pitch books and proposals, coordination with trading, research, and investment banking teams, and proactive idea generation for primary and secondary market opportunities. The individual will manage end-to-end sales processes, including client communication, execution support, post-transaction follow-up, and maintenance of accurate sales pipelines and reports. The role also requires adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards while contributing to revenue growth and strengthening TRUST’s market position in Debt Capital Markets.
Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret market data, credit information, and macroeconomic trends for client recommendations.
Solid foundation in Finance, including understanding of capital markets, debt instruments, and corporate finance concepts.
Experience or exposure to Trading environments, with familiarity in bond markets, yield curve
