Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented
B2B Sales & Business Development Manager
to lead client acquisition and strategic revenue growth. In this role, you will identify high-growth brand prospects, lead pitch presentations, structure commercial proposals, and close high-value design and marketing agency retainers.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Prospecting:




Identify, target, and outreach to potential D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, and enterprise clients across key sectors (Skincare, D2C Apparel, Home Appliances, FMCG, etc.).
Deal Execution:
Own the full sales lifecycle—from initial discovery calls and pitch presentations to scope formulation, price negotiations, and contract closure.
Solution Selling:
Consult prospects on brand identity services, packaging design, e-commerce listing creative (Amazon A+/A+ Premium/Shopify), commercial product shoots, and monthly creative retainers.
Proposal & Pitching:
Collaborate with internal creative directors and strategy teams to craft custom client proposals, pitch decks, and commercial scope breakdowns.
Market Expansion:
Analyze market trends, identify prospective industry verticals, and establish strategic partnerships to generate inbound lead channels.
Account Transition:
Work closely with Project
