Role Description
The Agency Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home as per business needs. This role is responsible for driving health insurance sales through agency channels, including recruiting, onboarding,



and developing insurance agents in the assigned territory. The Agency Sales Manager will set and monitor sales targets, track performance metrics, and implement initiatives to improve productivity and retention of agents. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular sales reviews, coaching agents on product knowledge and selling skills, supporting field activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for training, marketing support, and resolving customer and partner issues to enhance overall business growth.

Qualifications
Proven experience in agency sales, distribution management, or insurance sales, preferably within the health or general insurance sector.
Solid skills in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to effectively manage and motivate agents.
