About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dependable HR Executive who enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role goes beyond recruitment you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, office administration, and ensuring smooth people processes across the organization.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and thrives in a rapid-paced setting.
Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Handle employee lifecycle activities such as documentation, joining formalities, confirmations, exits, and HR records.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and HR-related support.
Manage and maintain the HRMS/HR portal, ensuring employee information and records are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and help build a positive workplace culture.
Handle office administration, vendor coordination, office supplies, and general office management.
Ensure HR policies and company processes are implemented effectively.
Coordinate with leadership on HR initiatives and organizational requirements.
Maintain confidentiality while handling employee information and company records.
Support other HR and administrative responsibilities as required.
Preferred candidate profile
2 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to multiple HR functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Comfortable handling recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and office administration simultaneously.
Proficient with HRMS/HR portals and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
