ou’ll Work With

Children with Autism CP GDD ADHD Developmental Delays Sensory & Motor Difficulties

Role

Conduct child-centred pediatric OT sessions

Plan activities for sensory-motor, fine/gross motor, coordination, balance and functional skills

Observe children and document their progress

Guide parents with appropriate home activities

Collaborate with other specialists when required

Freshers & Trainees — Especially Welcome

No prior pediatric experience is required for fresh BOT/MOT graduates.

Milestones will provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to help freshers develop practical pediatric OT skills,



including:

Child handling & therapeutic interaction

Understanding individual developmental needs

Activity selection and session planning

Sensory-motor and motor skill activities

Functional & daily living skill development

Observation, documentation and progress tracking

Parent communication and home-program guidance

You will have the prospect to learn under guidance, gradually take responsibility for sessions, and grow into a confident pediatric Occupational Therapist.
