Role Description
The Business Development Specialist is a full time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, conducting market and industry research, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients. The specialist will engage with potential customers through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations,



clearly communicating Maven Fly Media’s services and value propositions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, supporting negotiation and deal closure, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and nurturing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing feedback on market trends, and contributing ideas to improve business development strategies.
