Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition qualified with 5 to 10 years of expertise to manage our full-lifecycle recruitment processes. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will also leverage recruitment dashboards and tracking tools to monitor hiring velocity, manage pipelines, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Role & responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial intake meetings and job description creation to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with department heads and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs, provide market insights, and consult on hiring strategies.
Proactive Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, qualified networks, employee referrals, and niche job boards)



to build robust pipelines for active and passive roles.
Dashboard Management & Analytics: Maintain and optimize recruitment dashboards to track daily, weekly, and monthly hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates).
Tracker Administration: Oversee and update central recruitment trackers to ensure real-time visibility into candidate pipelines, interview stages, offer statuses, and requisition health for leadership reviews.
Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate journey, maintaining regular communication and acting as a brand ambassador for the company.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid corporate or agency recruitment experience managing mid to senior-level mandates.
Dashboard & Data Proficiency: Proven experience in utilizing ATS reporting, recruitment dashboards, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets t
