Role Description
The Human Resources Assistant (Target based / from consultancy) is a full time remote role responsible for supporting recruitment and HR operations for multiple client organizations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating candidate sourcing,



screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records in HR systems. The role also involves supporting onboarding processes, assisting with perks-related queries, and providing administrative support to HR managers. The Human Resources Assistant will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to meet defined hiring targets and service-level expectations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle activities.
Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related HR tools for data entry, reporting, and record management.
