Role Description
The Executive Assistant - Management Trainee is a full-time in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for providing proactive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. This role will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare presentations and reports, handle expense tracking and reimbursement documentation,



and maintain organized records and files. The individual will assist in drafting correspondence, preparing client-facing documents, and supporting internal communication and coordination across teams. Day-to-day tasks also include supporting business strategy and consulting projects through research, data compilation, and basic analysis, as well as helping with logistics for training, mentoring, and client meetings. The role is designed as a management trainee position, offering exposure to strategic advisory work, talent management initiatives, and performance strategy projects while learning directly from senior mentors.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation.
