We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and communicate our initiatives, campaigns, projects, and community stories effectively through digital platforms.

About the Role

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing digital platforms, creating and coordinating content, engaging with the online community, and increasing awareness of WECAN's initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, audience engagement, digital trends, and social-impact communication.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage and maintain social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.




Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
Create, coordinate, publish, and monitor engaging social media content.
Work closely with the graphic designer and video editor to produce high-quality visual content.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns, awareness programmes, events, and social initiatives.
Convert project activities, community stories, events, and achievements into engaging digital content.
Monitor social media trends and identify prospects to improve reach and engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
Build and maintain an active online community around WECAN's initiatives.
Monitor social media performance and prepare regular analytics and performance reports.
Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views, leads, and conversions.
