Pixell Energy Private Limited builds EV charging stations across India through a franchise network. We are launching across Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana, and are building the founding business development team in Kochi.
THE ROLE
You take over qualified EV charging station (EVCS) investor leads from our inside-sales desk, meet the prospects in person, walk them through the investment and returns, run the site visit, and close the franchise agreement. You also own the relationship after signing - these investors stay with us for years, and how they are handled decides whether they refer the next one. This is a travelling field role across Kerala, based at our Kochi office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Meet qualified EVCS investor prospects at their site or office and present the Pixell Energy franchise model, investment and ROI
Travel across Ernakulam and the wider Kerala region for prospect meetings and site surveys
Coordinate the site survey, proposal and agreement process end to end
Negotiate and close franchise agreements against a monthly closure target
Run client relations for signed partners - onboarding, updates, escalations and referrals
Keep every meeting, commitment and next step updated in the CRM
MUST-HAVE (applications without these will not be considered)
Minimum 3 years of field sales / business development experience carrying a closing target - real estate, franchise sales, financial products, B2B equipment, solar / energy or automotive
Fluent Malayalam and working English. You will sell primarily in Malayalam.
Willing and able to travel across Kerala for client meetings
Valid driving licence and own vehicle
Presentable and confident in front of investors and business owners
Based in Ernakulam / Kochi or willing to relocate
POSITIVE TO HAVE
Experience selling high-ticket or investment products (Rs 10 lakh and above ticket size)
Experience handling client relations or key accounts after the sale
