Role Summary:




The Assistant Account Manager – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing core finance operations including accounts payable & receivable, financial reporting, compliance, and treasury activities. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to statutory requirements. Success in this role requires robust attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and ensuring zero discrepancies in financial processes while supporting smooth day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable processes including timely vendor payments and documentation
Perform ledger scrutiny and ensure closure of discrepancies on a monthly basis
Support monthly book closure and preparation of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Ensure timely GST, TDS filings, and compliance with statutory regulations
Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, and track loan repayments & treasury activities
Verify agreements and ensure compliance before proce
