Role Description<

The Corporate Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support HubbleHut’s talent, recruitment, and AI-product offerings.



Day-to-day activities include conducting classroom and workshop-style training sessions, developing training materials and e-learning content, and tailoring programs to different business units and job levels. The Corporate Trainer will collaborate with HR, operations, and product teams to identify skill gaps, align training with business objectives, and track learning outcomes through assessments and feedback. The role also involves maintaining training documentation, reporting on program effectiveness, and continuously updating content to reflect evolving industry practices and technology.
