JOB SUMMARY

Roam N Learn Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and target-oriented Business Development Manager to build partnerships with colleges and generate student registrations.

The BDM will visit colleges based on appointments arranged by the Coordinator, meet college authorities, present Roam N Learn's programs, obtain permission, conduct student awareness activities, and convert college opportunities into paid student registrations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit colleges based on appointments scheduled by the College Outreach Coordinator.
Meet Principals, HODs, Placement Officers, Faculty Coordinators, and other decision-makers.
Present Roam N Learn's educational tours, experiential learning programs, and student opportunities.




Convince college authorities and obtain permission for student outreach and registration activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with colleges and faculty coordinators.
Conduct student presentations, orientation sessions, awareness programs, and registration activities.
Explain program perks, itinerary, learning outcomes, safety measures, and registration process to students.
Generate and convert student leads into paid registrations.
Follow up with colleges, faculty coordinators, and interested students to improve registrations.
Plan activities to increase student participation from partnered colleges.
Maintain regular updates of college visits, meetings, permissions, and registrations.
Coordinate with the Coordinator and management team for appointments, follow-ups, and execution.
Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.
