Role

We are looking for a
GOLANG BACKEND ENGINEER
with robust experience in
Microservices and PostgreSQL
to develop and maintain an enterprise
middleware/integration platform
for the
Payment Card Systems and Card Management
domain.

Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable and secure
GoLang microservices
.
Design and develop
REST APIs / gRPC services
and system integrations.
Build middleware for integration between
Card Management Platforms
and third-party systems.
Design, develop and optimise
PostgreSQL
databases and SQL queries.
Implement transaction processing, error handling, logging and resiliency.
Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments.




Follow coding standards, unit testing, Git and Agile practices.

Must Have
3+ years of hands-on
Golang
development.
Robust
Microservices
architecture experience.
Robust
PostgreSQL / SQL
skills.
REST API and enterprise integration experience.
Valuable understanding of distributed systems.
Payment Card Systems and Card Management
domain experience.

Candidates with backend engineering experience and exposure to
Payment Card Systems and Card Management Platforms
will be preferred.
