: Scrubsy is building out a dedicated
Consumer & Market Insights function
to put the consumer at the centre of everything we launch — from formulations to fragrance to packaging to campaigns. We're looking for a
Lead/Manager/Senior Manager - Consumer & Market Insights
who will own this agenda end-to-end: designing the right studies, managing agency partners, and turning raw consumer data into decisions our leadership team acts on. This is a rare prospect to build an insights function from the ground up inside a quick-moving, founder-led company.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end consumer & market research agenda for Scrubsy — from briefing through fieldwork to final recommendation.
Lead both qualitative and quantitative research: Usage & Attitude (U&A;) studies, need-based segmentation, concept and product testing (CLT/HUT), ethnography and in-depth interviews, brand health and brand tracking, packaging and claims research.
Select, brief and manage external research agencies and field partners, owning proposal evaluation, quality control and on-time,



on-budget delivery.
Translate consumer understanding into clear, actionable inputs for Recent Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD), renovation, go-to-market strategy and brand positioning.
Partner closely with Marketing, R&D;/Formulation, and the founders' office to turn business questions into sharp research briefs, and research findings into decisions.
Present insights and recommendations directly to the top management
Build and champion tech- and AI-enabled insight capabilities — social listening, review mining, trend-spotting dashboards — to keep the consumer pulse continuous rather than episodic.
As the function scales, mentor and build out a small team of researchers/associates.

What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Requirement
5+ years of experience in consumer/market research or consumer insights, ideally in FMCG, home care, personal care or hygiene categories
