About the Role

We are seeking an agile, hands-on
Head of Launch Campaigns and Developer Growth
to take complete operational ownership of the demand, funnel, and conversion engine for
EMERGENCE '26
(November 17–21, 2026).

In this sprint role, you will design, write, ship, and optimize high-converting digital funnels to fill all
65 seats for the Developer Prototyping Bootcamp
while accelerating inbound qualified inquiries for the
Executive AI Strategy Retreat
. This is a hands-on launch role. You will personally design, write, and publish our summit landing pages using up-to-date visual builders (
Framer
,
Webflow
, or
Elementor Pro
) without waiting on developers. (Note: All backend payment gateway API webhooks, server scripts,



and GST invoice automations are handled directly by our engineering team.)
What You Will Build & Own
Rapid Landing Page Deployment & CRO:
Design, publish, and A/B test high-converting, mobile-responsive event landing pages using up-to-date visual page builders (Framer, Webflow, or Elementor Pro). While active performance advertising focuses primarily on driving developer bootcamp volume, your build scope includes designing the landing page, executive application forms, and premium checkout flows for both the Bootcamp and Executive Retreat tracks.
High-Impact B2B & Developer Copywriting:
Write persuasive, benefit-focused direct-response copy across landing page sections, registration forms, email drip campaigns, and ad creatives that clearly articulates technical value and drives registrations.
B2B Performance Marketing and Media Buying:
Build, launch, and optimize targeted paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sea
