Role Description
The Customer Support Representative is a full time, in office role based in Kolkata. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely, accurate information about properties, services, and processes. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone calls, emails,



and in-person interactions, documenting customer concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution. The representative will maintain customer records, follow up on open cases, and support efforts to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. The role also involves proactively identifying common issues, suggesting improvements, and upholding the company’s values of integrity and customer-centric service.

Qualifications
Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
Ability to perform Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, CRM or ticketing systems, and office applications.
