We are a podcast production and content agency working with founders, creators and business leaders across the UK and US. Our clients trust us with the content that builds their personal brands.

We are growing, and we are hiring our first dedicated sales hire to own outbound on LinkedIn.

What you will do
Own outbound prospecting on LinkedIn: find, connect with and start conversations with founders, podcast hosts and creators in the US and UK
Write and send personalised outreach that sounds human, not templated
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, then book discovery calls
Follow up properly. Most deals in this space close on the fourth or fifth touch, not the first
Keep the pipeline clean and updated so we always know where every deal stands
Feed insights back to the team on what prospects are asking for

What we are looking for
Excellent written and spoken English.



You will be talking to US and UK clients daily and your writing needs to read like a native speaker wrote it
Robust working knowledge of LinkedIn as a sales channel: search filters, connection strategy, DM outreach, content engagement
Understanding of the content creation world. You should know what a podcast workflow looks like, what a valuable short-form clip is, and why a thumbnail matters. We sell content, so you need to speak the language
Comfortable on video calls with senior people
Organised and consistent. This role rewards people who show up and do the reps daily
1+ year in a sales, business development or client-facing role preferred, though we will consider a sharp fresher who clearly knows content and can write well

Compensation
Fixed salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience
Incentive: ₹5,000 per closed deal, uncapped
Realistic on-target earnings: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month once you are ramped up

There is no ceiling on the incentive.
