Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
BMC Helix ITSM Consultant
with solid hands-on experience in BMC Helix ITSM and exposure to
HelixGPT / AI capabilities
.



The candidate will be responsible for supporting implementation, configuration, customization, enhancement and ongoing service management activities across BMC Helix environments.

The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of ITSM processes and the ability to work with business and technical teams to deliver scalable service management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize
BMC Helix ITSM
modules based on business requirements.
Work on core ITSM processes including
Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management
.
Configure forms, fields, workflows, approvals, notifications and business rules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into BMC Helix solutions.
Support enhancements, troubleshooting and production issues across BMC Helix ITSM.
Work on integrations using
REST APIs, web services and enterprise systems
.
Participate in testing
