Role Description
The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities in office, ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This full time role is based in office in Surat and involves coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely progress and resource utilization. Responsibilities include monitoring structural work,



conducting inspections, maintaining site documentation, resolving technical issues, and supporting quality control processes. The Site Engineer will also communicate regularly with stakeholders to report project status, address site challenges, and implement corrective actions when required.

Qualifications
Ability to work effectively on site with Civil Engineers, managing daily construction operations and coordinating field activities.
Robust focus on Quality Control and Structural Engineering to ensure adherence to design, safety, and regulatory standards.
Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects, preferably in government or private construction works.
