About the role

Sonalika Social Development Society (SSDS), Sonalika Group, is hiring an Experienced Nursing Skilled for its wellness operations in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. This role combines nursing support with wellness-related responsibilities and requires flexibility for official travel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing support and appropriate care within the role’s authorised scope.

• Support wellness activities, programmes, camps and organisational tours.

• Maintain professional standards of care, hygiene, documentation and confidentiality.

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, medical professionals and other stakeholders.

• Travel within India and internationally based on organisational requirements.

Eligibility

• GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing or another recognised nursing qualification.





• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant nursing experience.

• Active nursing-council registration.

• Valid Indian passport.

• Willingness to work from Hoshiarpur and undertake domestic and international travel.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, adaptable and comfortable working in a wellness-focused setting.

Compensation and development

• Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and suitability.

• TA/DA will be provided for official travel as applicable.

• Candidates interested in broadening their wellness capabilities may be offered skilled training in massage & therapies. Prior experience is not required.
