Job brief

We are looking for a
Junior Accountant
(reporting to the Sr. Accountant)
to join a large and exciting Senior Living Project in Hyderabad.

The project covers 10.5 acres with 280 units and has a built-up area of around 8 lakh sq. ft., with a project cost of about 200 Cr. The project offers an excellent prospect to gain strong exposure to real estate project accounting and work closely with a large-scale development.

You will support daily accounts, billing, tax work, and financial records. If you have worked on real estate or construction projects and enjoy working with numbers, this could be a great advantage and a step in your career.

Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and ledger entries.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment records.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts,



and payments.
Work on Tally for day-to-day accounting.
Support GST and Income Tax-related work.
Check invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate financial records and files.
Assist with bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.
Prepare basic reports and statements as required.
Coordinate with project and finance teams for accounting needs.

Qualifications
2 to 3+ years of
proven experience
in
accounting
.
Previous experience in
real estate or construction
projects
is an
advantage
.
Robust working knowledge of
Tally
is mandatory.
Good knowledge of
GST and Income Tax
is a must.
Hands-on experience in
billing and invoicing
is crucial.
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel
is required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Candidates who can join in October are preferred.
