Manage the daily operations and overall functioning of the salon.
Supervise, motivate, and coordinate salon staff and ensure smooth teamwork.
Manage client appointments, walk-ins, bookings, and customer queries.
Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor salon sales, services, targets, and daily performance.
Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and special offers.
Maintain proper coordination between reception, stylists, makeup artists, beauticians, and other staff.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and salon standards.
Monitor inventory, products, and stock requirements.
Maintain daily reports related to sales, appointments, staff performance, and inventory.
Help in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build robust relationships with regular and recent clients.
Coordinate with the management regarding salon performance and operational requirements.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
