Role Description
This is a remote internship role for an HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & People Operations. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions,



posting roles, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with candidate communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining HR databases, updating employee records, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with onboarding activities and orientation processes. The role also involves helping develop and implement HR policies, supporting employee benefit processes, and contributing to HR reports and analytics. The intern will collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth people operations and a consistent, inclusive candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support recruitment and people operations activities.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to assist in policy implementation and perk-related processes.
Skills in Personnel Management to help
