Role Description
The On Site Supervisor role at ADORN HOMES is a full-time, hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees day-to-day site activities for residential interior projects, ensuring that design plans,



drawings, and specifications are accurately executed by contractors and vendors. The On Site Supervisor coordinates schedules, monitors quality of workmanship and materials, and resolves on-site issues to keep projects on time and within scope. Responsibilities include regular site visits, progress reporting, verifying deliveries and installations, and maintaining explicit communication between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients. The role also supports safety and compliance on-site, while upholding ADORN HOMES’ standards for high-style, client-centered interiors.
