Role Description
The Front Office Receptionist role at Royal Ace is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling room inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate departments, managing reservations, maintaining front desk records, and ensuring a tidy and welcoming reception area.



The role also involves coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, resolving guest concerns promptly, and delivering a courteous, efficient, and qualified guest experience at all times.

Qualifications
Strong front office and receptionist duties skills, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Professional phone etiquette and clear, courteous communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with hotel teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in hotel front office or hospitality is preferred.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation or property management systems is an advantage.
